From Starting the project in 2021 with the initial electrical disconnection and demolition of the existing farm house, we worked closely from start finish throughout the entire project to achieve a custom designed electrical installation with the client & builder
With the electrical plan evolving day by day we were able to achieve exactly what the client had visioned.
From custom lighting sourced from all over Europe, to a day spa with steam room, ice bath, massage room & sauna through to hundreds of custom made landscape light elements.

Ruskin St, Byron Bay
2021 - 2024
This project, located in Byron Bay’s golden grid, began as a renovation and evolved into a complete, custom-designed electrical layout.
Collaborating closely with the builder, interstate client, and architect, we crafted the entire electrical plan from the ground up. Tackling each stage one step at a time, we navigated various challenges to achieve an exceptional result.
The work included everything from landscape and pool lighting to electric gates, creating a beautifully integrated and functional space.

2023
Afends locations include the Byron Bay store, Sydney store, Coolangatta store, Sleepy Hollow hemp farm, and the Afends HQ, which features a tattoo studio, café, warehouse, and main office. Working within tight timeframes to minimise business downtime, we’ve undertaken full store renovations across multiple locations, including the Coolangatta and Sydney stores, as well as a former golf course site.
Our ongoing projects extend to the constant evolution of the Byron Bay HQ in the industrial area, encompassing the café, warehouse, and main office.
From lighting design and installation to audio and communications, we handle every detail to bring Afends distinctive spaces to life.
21 Clifford St, Suffolk Park
Completed in 2018, this extensive renovation began with a full removal of all existing electrical work, followed by the development of a custom lighting plan designed in collaboration with the clients.
The project included landscape lighting, pool heating, a swim spa, audio, Starlink, and TV installations, all newly designed and installed from the front electric gates to a tranquil outdoor bathroom at the rear of the property.
Custom LED strip lighting was integrated into the stairs, seamlessly flowing into soft, low-level lighting in the bathrooms, controlled by sensors for added convenience.
Coopers Shoot Byron Bay, The Range - Fishing Shack
Creating a fully off grid fishing shack with the use of solar power & batteries we designed & installed an off grid oasis where mains power was unavailable. From customising a deer antler chandelier to work with power consumption constrictions to automated outdoor lighting. A challenging architectural structure with all electrical visible we carefully installed all work within copper pipe to suit the design.
